Service Plumbing & Hot Water

April 15th I had B H Plumbing do some work for me I live in morgan creek I had to leave before the job was finished. I instructed my wife to issue a chq. we had a kitchen sink tap that had a slight leak. the plumber showed my wife a Moen tap to replace the one we had I felt the existing tap needed some tightening up.The tolal cost $519.75, which she paid we rec no invoice as I wanted to know the breakdown cost. my wife has some dementia. so I called B H to send me a breakdown, then I went out and purchased a sprayer attachment. worked for a few days then fell off I have a attached this sprayer severl times it keeps coming off after a few days. I called BH that I didn't like the tap they suggested I go out and buy the tap we like, an apt was made to install I was out plumber wanted $75. my wife said no, I contacted the owner to swap the the tap they had installed for installation of new one I was informed the tap was used he could not resell, I have used this co previous however no.they took advantage of my wife to this day they cant tell me how much they charged for the tap, the one they installed is only 2 weeks old.and is very resalable, the morale be careful even the plumber will get you,,,,,
