I have used Western Sales & Services for over 30 years and have always been satisfied with their services. Frank Ray was the technician today for my AC problem. He has been the technician for maintenance service as well. He is always knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

Dave (David) is absolutely fantastic. He has been the technician dispatched to my house several times, and always does a stellar job of fixing my HVAC problem and explaining it to me. By far the best service I have ever received. I have been using Western Sales & Service for years and will continue to do so!

All the Service Specialist have been Great, as well as the office staff ...I received a new unit ...with every call they did respond in a timely manner , I choose Western because I had used them 30 years ago...( Different owner's now of course) however service has been good.

Dave was very professional and to the point even though problem was not solved. I thought that Dave was a plumber and problem would be fixed, since everything was explained to receptionist and Western is the company that put hot water tank in. Dave was courteous and explained the situation. I thank him and the trainee for all their assistance and kindness.
