Quick to return phone calls when you make initial call however we paid him cash and he did not give a receipt. Several calls to get a receipt went not returned. will not use this company again. Going back to Tap to Drain.
Kal was just great! He was here in 20 min. He had to auger 50 feet into the line to clear it. The tip of the line was wrapped in root remnants but with perseverance, he was able to clear the line out. He charged what he quoted. They cleaned everything up and left one happy customer! I will certainly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!
Amazing job. My water heater went out on Sunday night. Kal came in 25 minutes and identified problem immediately. Next day morning, he had replaced the tank. I am pleased with his professionalism, service and efficiency. Definitely recommend and will use his company again.
