Work is OK but pricing is ridiculously expensive, attitude and timely response to agreed schedule needs work.Three hours late. Parts pricing for 3/4 copper pipe four times that of local supply store. Be suspicious if they want to do the job on time and materials. Get a written estimate and take the time to get a competitor estimate.

Our water tank went "cold" and I called a firm other than Randall. All they wanted to do was sell me a $1750 new tank. When I called Randall, I was greeted by Kevin and was told all I needed was a new thermocouple. The entire cost to install the termocouple was $125. All you snowbirds out there, give Randall a call and avoid all the dishonest firms that only want to rip you off.
