Pacific Mechanical Systems

Pacific Mechanical are fantastic - I have been working in property for many years and am regularly frustrated with the lack of service, assistance and feedback provided by companies that are so relied upon. I am delighted that Pacific Mechanical are both approachable, contactable and happy to feedback whenever required. Wesley and Sergey are highly recommended!

They came over and fixed a plugged bathroom sink, after a solid 20 minutes of work I got a bill for $267.75, the 20 minutes was billed as 1.5 hours, including "half hour travel time" and a $65 dollar Auger charge! I have never in my entire life seen a plumber bill for travel time, this wasn't an emergency call, it was a plugged sink, when I called and complained they told me I was actually given a preferred discount rate!

This is in response to Chadi's review.I would like everyone who reads these reviews to understand that some tenants just simply provides wrong information and is not fair. I am a property manager for more than 10 years. You can imagine I worked with dozens of plumbing companies and so far Pacific Mechanical is one of the best i work with. For your information Chadi , all plumbing companies apply truck charges and some other companies prices are not necessarily honest and will hide triple or double charges. Also, the building manager dispatched Pacific Mechanical in your unit and hair balls were found from your sink so deep down in the plumbing that even reached the below unit. They attended twice to the below unit and you can imagine your neighbors were affected too because you simply don't take care of the sink or tub drains in your unit and place a strainer. Also, your yelling and abusive behavior is not appreciated either.

Would put zero stars if it were possible. The workers clearly did not know what they were doing, and have SO FAR spent 13 hours on a 4 hour job!!
