It's the company I use for my strata. I'm guessing reasonable rates based on Vancouver. 180$ first hour and then 90 for every other hour + materials obviously (which will be marked up).

My strata used these guys, they are awesome. Receptionist was incredibly helpful today coordinating a plumber to come into my unit to fix a backup today, the morning before I’m due to fly out of town for 10 days.

Have always found them to be a good company that does a good job. No one's perfect but they come as close as most company's get.

Xpert Mechenical is our contracted by our strata to do all the work in our apartment building,so i hired them to to my bathroom renovations. They broke a pipe in the wall and flooded out my neighbours's suite. I was left with a $6200+ bill and Kerry won't even come to my place and discuss. He and his insurance company so far are just stone walling me! After his 2 plumber's left i found 2 more leaks in the pipes and the stack pipe clamp left off. Hire a different company!

Dont trust this company.i hired them to fix my toilet, they charged me $400 for nothing, in less than 2 weeks my toilet leaked at night and i had to call other 24/7 plumbing company and pay them $500 to fix that for me.
