Richard came and replaced our 10 year old water tank today. It was Friday mid morning when I called and he came same day so we wouldn't be without hot water for the weekend. I would highly recommend him simply for his willingness to come quickly same day with no up charge and not try to defer it until the weekend so he can charge emergency pricing rates like some of the other companies. He came with new tank and worked effenciently. Can't beat that service! Installed new hot water tank, got us a new pan, and improved the area where our old one was by improving the drainage. He took away old tank and all trash cardboard and took care not to stain our carpets and kept the flooring clean. I can't say enough about his quick service and extremely reasonable rate for everything.

I phoned Burke Mountain Plumbing and Heating to find out if they could come and help change out my leaking shut-off valves and leaking laundry taps while they connect my new faucets and drains after my kitchen and bathroom renovations. I sent pictures before Richard came. He was very efficient and made sure every valve and drain worked properly before he left. Burke Mountain also came back when my dishwasher and hood microwave arrived and installed everything. I highly recommend Burke Mountain to anyone requiring a plumber once their renovations required plumbing reconnections. Very efficient and timely work!

Richard is very professional and hard working and efficient. I had my gas meter changed by Fortis on a Friday but I did not realize that after this was done that I would need to hire a gas contractor to connect the lines from the meter to my house. I was worried I would not have any hot water for the weekend. Luckily I found this company and then Richard came up to the house very promptly to assess what parts were needed and how to make the connections work. He had to go out again to pick up the necessary parts and then returned promptly to fix the connections. He did a very professional job and was very pleasant to talk to. He also took the time to come inside to check that all the gas appliances worked well afterwards and he even taught me a bit about my plumbing. Richard is very efficient and his price is fair for the work he performed. I highly recommend Richard's services and will use him again in the future.
