Mr Swirl The Friendly Plumber

Thank you Mr. Swirl for attending to my plumbing needs. I was very nervous that the leak from the top floor shower through to the main floor bathroom vent in the half bathroom was an emergency disaster waiting to happen. I have never had to call a plumber after office hours and didn't know what to expect. Would the plumber call me back? I explained to the dispatcher that I wasn't sure if it was an emergency that needed an immediate visit by the plumber. I requested that the plumber call me so he can assess if it was an emergency that needed to be handled immediately or can wait until the next business day. Within minutes, I got a call from the plumber and was reassured that it was not an immediate emergency as the leak stopped once the shower had ended. A visit was scheduled for the next day and sure enough Ken the Plumber arrived as promised. He was very kind, professional, thorough in his work, detailed and explained everything so that I could understand all the technical stuff. A potential diagnosis was made but, he needed to return another day to confirm the diagnosis and at the same time do the repairs since he had to buy the correct plumbing equipment to proceed with the repairs. I felt very confident with Ken as he seemed to be a very competent plumber with a lot of experience. He even went through some other plumbing questions I had around the house and answered all my questions! I look forward to having Ken come back to complete the plumbing work.

The customer service when I called was exceptional. The service rep was helpful and accommodating. Kevin , the plumber who did the work was friendly efficient and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and took the time to explain what the issue was. He also offered to check other plumbing in my home to ensure there were no other issues. I thought the price charged was a bit high but discovered afterwards that it seemed to be competitive.

I am very happy with the professional service that was provided to install our water softening system. The technician was courteous and went above and beyond to make this installation successful. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Technician David was such a pleasant and helpful person. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and proceeded to complete the required job professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner. Thank you very much. I will most certainly recommend Mr Swirl to any of my neighbours and friends.

David was on tine and explained everything to me . He was professional, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. He also cleaned everything up after he completed all of the work. I would highly recommend Mr. Swirl for any plumbing needs. David was fabulous!!!
