Outstanding customer service.. Very, very knowledgeable staff & they have everything in stock
These guys are brilliant and have a large array of fittings and tubing to meet your needs.
We hired them to fix our furnace, we were quoted $400 for parts and labour to do this, we called around to make sure the price was fair and found it was right on par with everyone else. when they were finished we received a bill for over $900 with the main part being over $500! there was no call ahead of time to clear a price increase or anything. I fought with them about this and the didn't seem to care. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Call Joe at GR Plumbing instead and save your yourself a lot of head aches and from getting ripped off.
I called Sannich plumbing to clean our furnace. First of all it took them about 6 weeks to get back to me. Then they got back to me and finally looked at it. They said it needed a valve and would cost about $400.00. I told them to go ahead with the work. I was totally shocked when I got a bill for over twice that amount. I called another company and they told me that the original quote was about right. They also told me that they have had other people calling them recently with a similar experience. The other company said that you could get a new furnace for about $1855.00. Probably not from Sannich plumbing and Heating though:0( I would give them no stars if I had that possibility. If you are going to get this company to do the work,I would advise getting a written quote. Afterwards they denied giving me the quote. I heard from a contractor friend afterwards that there are much better companies up there. You might have had a good experience with them before but I was told that a couple of years ago they got new people in there. BUT good luck if you decide to use them.
Good stock
