Williams Plumbing & Htg Svc

The fellow came on time and did a very good job at finding where the air was getting into my kitchen sink line, and fixing it. He put in the new pieces that were needed but didn't put in new pieces that weren't needed. He cleaned up very well and didn't leave a mess. He was pleasant to talk to and told me what was wrong and what he was fixing. I felt sorry for him working in that cramped hard to get to area but he never complained. I'm sorry I don't remember his name although he told me trice ????????

If Ryan was the owner of this company they would have gotten 5 stars. Ryan was quick, friendly and cleaned up the mess with a cloth. Since I had a bad experience trying to make the appt. I dont reccomend this company. Was told to take my business elsewhere when trying to tell him he failed 2 times to call me to come by. Tired to say I was wrong. When he doubled checked his paper work he seen he was incorrect. I couldn't take my business elsewhere as it is what our housing uses when plumbing is needed. I am pretty sure I didnt speak with Ryan on the phone when booking.

A 2 hour became a 3 hour job and he still didn't do it right. His boss sent him back to do it right and it turned into a 7 hour job.
