I called the office at 9:25 am on a Saturday and the job was completed by 1:00 pm. The old hot water tank taken away and the plumber (Corry) was curtious and took care not to make a mess or damage anything. I would recomment them and would call them again.

So far I have been rescheduled twice even before I have had my service call. One is an emergency and then the other is to fit in another job more convenient for the driver on the way back into town. While I can understand that emergencies arise and that it makes sense to organize jobs to help with drive times, I feel that there must be other repair people that work for this company so that my service call does not get pushed to later in the day. Sometimes I think companies forget that we also have to plan our days around these appointments. I can update this review after I actually have the service call.

I have been using Swift Plumbing since 2009, when the owner of a painting company working for me recommended them. I can't say enough good things about Brad, Carolyn and their team. From the smallest job to the largest (having all my perimeter drains replaced), Swift Plumbing has never let me down. Professionals at their finest!
