Our hot water tank stopped working out of nowhere, Curtis replied quickly and came to replace it in less than 24 hours, with a pregnant wife and a toddler at home, this was a life saver :) thanks !

Called for over a week and left several messages at the end of January. If away or busy, maybe a good business practice to have voicemail reflect this. The last call I made sounds like the call was declined after 2 rings.
Great job fixing an older gas fireplace insert! Asked for photos and specs in advance and everything works just fine again.
Had a sewer backup in the middle of the night... Called this company but phone was turned off! Called a few times to goto voicemail instantly... DOES Not have 24 hour service as advertised.
