I gave them a call a night before and the next morning they arrived right when they said they would and took no longer than an hour to fully remove our toilet, get the thing my son had gotten stuck in there and reseal it. Best service and costumer service we've had since moving to surrey. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks! Also the pricing is very reasonable considering all the work that needed to be done!! 5/5 !!

Paul was awesome! He came right away when I called on a Sunday during a long weekend after the pilot light on our hot water tank wasn’t re-lighting. He came and fixed the problem so we didn’t have to be without hot water all weekend! He was very reasonably priced and very good customer service. Will definitely call Paul with Well Done plumbing in the future for any of our plumbing issues! Thank you!

These guys are overcharging and very sketchy. Was initially quoted $200 to fix a leaking toilet. Turns out that I need a new toilet bowl so they said they had to charge an extra $50 to come back to install a new toilet bowl. Before they left my place, they confirmed that the $250 includes the call out fee and is the grand total I have to pay for installing the new toilet. After I bought a new toilet bowl, I called them and asked them to pick up my new toilet bowl from Lowe’s and was willing to pay them a small extra fee. And they quoted $275. So I thought it was $275 in total but they said I have to pay $275 on top of the $140 that I already paid. But that was not the deal that we agreed on. They assured me just a few days ago that whatever they quoted was including the call out fee that I had already paid. And I just have to pay the difference when they come back to do the installation. But they denied the deal and want to charge me an extra $275 which is totally ridiculous. So now I have to pay $415 just for them to install a toilet bowl. That’s more than double of what they originally quoted. They have already increased the fee from $200 to $275 and that’s because of the extra trip they have to make which is fine. But now they want me to pay that on top of the $140 call out fee I already paid?! They are basically double charging me. I felt ripped off and should not have called them in. Their call out fee is also much higher than all the other plumbers in the area even though they only spent 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. Very disappointed with these guys as they are dishonest and charge unreasonably. I ended up replacing my toilet bowl myself which was a very easy job and saved a couple hundred dollars. 100% five stars reviews? Sounds very fishy. Don't ever trust a business with 100% five stars reviews. There is no such thing. Here’s an honest review.
