Excellent experience with plumbing service, highly recommend and will call for any future plumbing issue. Unfortunately gas fireplace service didn’t pan out the same. Tech couldn’t open door of fireplace and told me to buy new fireplace without any diagnosis of what was wrong- just said that fireplace old . I drove up to Whistler next morning and opened door of fireplace first push on handle (was stiff but not that difficult to open) Fireplace just needed new pilot light and works fine now (I decided to ask another gas fitter).
