Great company to work with. They repiped my condo and all of the plumbers, drywallers, tapers, painters, etc. were very friendly and thorough. They did a great job and left the bathrooms and kitchen area very clean at the end of each day. Highly recommend!

Avoid this company. There is so much to write but I don't know if an essay is appropriate for a google review. I don't typically ever write reviews, but this company has upset me so deeply today and left me in tears that I feel I am obligated to warn others. BMS may be one of most unorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful companies in Vancouver. They are involved in a repiping project that has dragged on for months, with no true progress being made. Not ONE of the given deadlines were met. Some of the staff will lie confidently to your face with all ease, and dismiss anything you have to say. The way they treat you gives you the impression that they have zero consideration for the peoples homes and consequently lives they are affecting. Living in a construction zone in your own home for 2 months (when they gave you a 3 week time frame for your ensuite work, Nov 23-Dec11) all while remaining as patient as possible. Today marked the absolute end of it, when BMS has blamed us rudely for mistakes on their end. Avoid by all means. Very unprofessional, cold, and unconcerned staff.
