Sam has done at least three jobs for my wife and I and one one occasion dealt with and solved what could have been a potential home owner's nightmare. Sam is professional, friendly, low key, methodical and an extremely knowledgeable, competent and experienced plumber. Sam is simple the best - #1 in in our books - and he deserves 10 stars.
Great customer service, and the work is just as amazing! Sam went out of his way to help ensure things went smoothly with strata (turns out the plumbing issue was the neighbouring unit). Sam went to the strata management office to explain the situation, and provided strata with a detailed work sheet of the issue.
Giving you guys 5-star for the Excellent service I received. Best thing I liked about them is that they take an ownership of their work and deliver the promise. Despite their busy schedule in such a short notice, Sam was able to send the plumber out to have our PRV(Pressure Reducing valve) replaced. Very Impressed !!!! Keep up the good work! Thanks! Gavin
