Would NEVER use again.
Paul j Henderson called regarding a leak at his rental property. He was a first time customer but does not reside at the job location. Before we can start the work their needs to be a trusting relationship. He said he was going to meet me at the rental property. I arrived their asked tenant where is Paul? She said Paul told me he’s not coming! If you are a liar how can he be trusted?
I can't really rate since he didn't/wouldn't do anything. He was quite rude on the phone, arranged to show up at a place we own. He showed up, met my tenant, and she said he was "grumpy" to her. He told her he'd have to "take it apart." Then he just left without saying anything to my tenant. OK. Unprofessional, rude, and just weird. Some people really hate their jobs, I guess.
Wayne from Valley Rooter was a very professional and courteous person. He came when promised and worked fast and efficiently to get the job done. I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires a plumber. Thank you Wayne.
