They said the plumber would be here between 8 and 8:30 and he showed up at 9. That is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman and fixed my toilet!! Thank you Weiners!!
Amazing response! I can not say enough about these guys. I spoke to Rachel on the phone and my explaining my problem and what I had already tried he was able to determine I needed a power auger to correct a blockage between my house and the sewer main. Lance was onsite within 2 hours and was efficient and super professional. In under 2 hours the blockage was gone, the line was tested and my bathroom looked like he was never the there. The bill was more than reasonable. Thank you again to Rachel, Wayne and Lance for such a positive experience. Cameron Smith
When the water heater burst they were prompt and effective. They worked well on getting us setup with a new tankless replacement. Good guys that I will gladly invite back to the house the next time water gets deep.
This is a review for Lisa. Initially I had a plumbing issue that wasn’t done correctly so she sent someone else out to correct the problem the next morning. She also addressed a billing issue which she corrected immediately. Great customer service and a very pleasant personality. She knows how to deal with customers and really does strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you, Lisa. You’re great!
