Seymour Plumbing & Heating

Great experience. Called on short notice with backed up plumbing and they were here in less than a few hours. Found my problem and fixed what they could for now. ( I hate tree roots with a passion) Would recommend them to anyone.

If I could go with no stars I would. My friend and her mom are putting a suite in their basement for myself, and need some plumbing installed for my kitchen. We called seymour and were told they would be by the same day. No show. We waited 4 days to hear back from them, and my friends mom called back and talked to a woman who was extremely rude. She was told they were busy (fine but why would you say they'd be by same day if you're too busy to even call back?!) and that they'd get to it when they could. Seymour then pulled yet another no show on an appointment with a subcontractor type guy a couple weeks later to give us a quote on my plumbing and a quick seal fix on my shower. The subcontractor took some pictures which he sent to seymour and they quoted us around $2000 over the phone, without even looking at the house!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. Between the broken appointment promises, rude staff, and asinine quotes based on pictures and not even seeing the unit I am unbelievably disappointed.

They were recommended by Dahl mechanical for my blocked sewer line. They came out the same day, showed up when they said they would and it was fixed in about a half hour, and very reasonable. Great guys, great work I definitely recommend as well.

Cancelled appointments without a phone call or any notice. When I called back to ask why they didn't come, guy who answered the phone was extremely rude.

Awsome guys do great work dependable will get them everytime. Cheers guys.
