We worked with Brian, who was awesome! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and did a great job explaining everything/answering our endless questions. He even worked hard to truly understand the root cause of our problem and identified that a cap was left in the pipes! We now feel confident in the decisions we made with Brian's guidance and were able to resolve the true problem. Would definitely call Mr. Rooter in the event that we have any more problems! Highly recommended!
Had a leaky toilet flush. The team from Mr rooter turned up earlier than expected and were able to talk me through the problem, the various options available, and then managed to fix the issue within 1 hour. They also have a 1 year warranty for the parts they've fixed, which was reassuring
My review is based on scheduling and fees. JENNIFER scheduled my non-emergency appointment for 6 pm - 8 pm. I promptly provided all requested information. After coordinating with my landlord ($55 fee if you're not the homeowner), I provided my credit card information; AMBER would not take my credit card information before connecting with my Landlord. I received a call back from STEPHANIE to tell me that there is a $100 emergency fee for my appointment. I asked her why JENNIFER said there is "no emergency fee" for my appointment. STEPHANIE told me that their staff GAVE AWAY MY APPOINTMENT and I have to pay the fee. She said that it took a "long time" for my landlord to call back. This "long time" is less than one hour. If this is Mr. Rooter's perception of time, how much will they bill for their TIME to work on job? After expressing my disappointment, STEPHANIE was merely accepting of it. She never apologized at all. It would be better had they told me about the additional fees BEFORE they took my credit information. She didn't even give me a new appointment time. There is NO VALID EXPLANATION for the additional $100 fee. Nothing else changed since JENNIFER gave me the non-emergency appointment for 6 pm - 8 pm. I do not recommend this business due to lack of transparency and honesty.
Bruce and Henry came out to snake our drain, ended up having to do that twice, and installed a clean out. Someone, maybe prior owner, had flushed a bunch of wipes (a no-no!). Repairs were done on the rainiest, coldest days so far this season (Jan 2018). They were great to work with in spite of the conditions.
