Made me wait an entire long weekend, on the pretense he was giving me a quote to fix my emergency situation. Didn't answer my repeated calls until Tuesday afternoon, and was extremely rude and said he refuses to give me a quote and to find someone else. If he would have told me that on Friday, I could have been working on it with other more capable plumbers. Extremely poor customer service and communication.
