Yuri was exceptionally quick, did what was needed, and explained what I will need to do in the future. I trusted him completely with what needed to be done and have confidence in his recommendations as being what is needed.

Yuri is a very forthright/honest person. I called when my sewage pump was not working; he could not come because he was fully booked but he walked me through a temporary fix without charging me a cent! He even referred me to another plumber who did a fantastic job.
