Great experience. As many people can relate, I don't know much about water softeners. I needed to have mine cleaned and serviced since it was about 15 years old. Their technician did the work and his final recommendation was that the softener was not working, but the water quality after 2 tests was more than sufficient to not need a softener. therefore he recommends we don't get one. The honesty was amazing. Other companies may have pushed an expensive softener on me, but they did not. Very much appreciated and respected.
