Guys a total dummy. Had to spend over 4K to fix the mess he made. Tried to charge me more than twice what he quoted me. Very unorganized. No integrity. Never showed up when he said he would. Put the whole job behind multiple times. Had a year to finish. So more than enough time. Guy dropped the ball huge weisiled extra money out of me and still didn't fulfill his obligations. It was like his first day quoting a job. Anyone with any idea what they were doing would be able to quote a job like this. Call Biggs. He was great.
