Very unprofessional and uncourteous on the phone, and unhelpful. Our basement recently flooded due to a sump pump breaker issue, unrelated to the pump itself. Told the guy that I’d please like an audible alarm installed on the high level as a precaution to prevent recurring overflowing until electrician can come to install a dedicated circuit, as the restoration company requires their drying fans going continuously which is occasionally tripping out the breaker for the pump. (It’s impractical to run 10 extension cords downstairs) In my mind this is an emergency, as it keeps reflooding our floor. I was told nobody was available until at least next week to help me. This job literally would have taken them five minutes, and potentially been a huge aid in the time period of our basement drying and repairs. Our house is five minutes from their shop. Do not waste your time with this company

Chris left us in the lurch for a service appointment on our gas heater. He showed up 5 hours early without calling even after I told him we had dental appts. in town. He suggested he'd just stay and lock up when he left. We have pets that could easily slip out and disappear with strangers here, so we asked him to come back at the scheduled appt time. He agreed. Didn't show. Said he can't come back for 2 months. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I went to their place of business during their supposed business hours 5 different days 5 different times and no one was there. Very disappointing and very unprofessional!
