Great service. Super helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Honestly, just a good person, you can tell he cares about what he does. He just wants to help. Definitely giving him all my business from now on. Would not hesitate to hang out and drink beer with him!

They look after their customers very well. I recommend them because they respond to their service calls very quickly. They also do excellent work regardless what it is. Have used Border Plumbing twice in the past two months. They installed a new water heater and replaced a washer/dryer line. They look at what work needs to be done and give you the exact cost to complete it. It cannot be simpler. Both crews were also on time and very professional.

We couldn’t be happier with the service from border. Jeff Coles went above and beyond today. He took the time to thoroughly explain what had happened to our furnace motor and Why and how to avoid it in the future. He explained some things about our systems in the mechanical room I wasn’t quite sure about, and was very conscientious when giving advice on what should be updated and replaced in our home. While waiting for the repair parts he took the time to clean parts, and even notified me of a wasps nest I hadn’t noticed. Beyond happy with his service !

Justin Lund came to replace my AC at my home. It was an after normal hours call, but we had just got home to a hot house. He was on time, extremely personable and knowledgeable. He had me going in no time. Very professional. Border has my business from now on. Thank you Justin!
