Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I wasn't the customer...my landlord was....Hallberg Rd... It was an oil tank remediation job and the roll-off bins of contaminated soil were in my driveway for around a month AFTER the removal was done. What a PITA... They left scrap wood, plastic sheet, and gravel on my driveway/in my yard. Addendum following owner response: Thanks for replying. Since the remediation was being done as a condition of the sale of the park so should I talk to the sellers or the buyers? Since the bins were removed on the day of the ownership change I was running on the assumption the delay was waiting to get paid. If I'm wrong about that I am sorry. I guess my complaint should be laid at the feet of the prime contractor for the remediation job. Who was that?

Roto-Rooter installed a new hot water tank for me and I was very impressed with the courteous manner of the office and the prompt, professional service by the plumber who came to my home. I highly recommend this Company.

Friendly, efficient, Knowledgeable (He knew right away what the issue was) Josh worked clean and neat. Natasha called back *she was on vacation when I called. Most companies don't call back when a message is left. Communications obviously exist in your company.

Definitely a professional, and dependable service. I would recommend their service to anybody who is literally in over their head!
