Rob was amazing! He came by on Boxing Day and was able to auger out our main sewer drain as water was backing up. He was earlier than expected and it took under 1 hour. He was very professional and advised us of what was found. The bathroom area where he was working in was left clean and as it was left before. Quinn in the office who booked the appointment was great as well. She was cheery and asked the right questions to make sure we would get the right service. Great service all around. Rob did a brilliant job! The sink I ordered required extra work to fit into the existing hole left by the current sink. Not only did Rob patiently figure out the necessary adjustments, but he also fixed up the existing water lines that turned out to be previously improperly installed. He also provided great feedback on future projects I am planning that will help in making them go smoothly. I will use Rob and Milani for all my future plumbing needs.

We had very good service from start to finish, the call center that handled our calls were very professional and helpful in getting everything sorted out. When Devon R. came, he was very knowledgeable about what was happening and took time to have a conversation and explain it to us. He was also able to quickly adapt to the change in the situation and still get everything fixed in a timely manner. Moving forward, I would definitely request his assistance again.
