Completely useless had them do an estimate on a furnace repair they said the whole furnace would need replacing because the old one was beyond repair and that the house would need extensive renovations so they refused to do the job. They said it would cost approx $15000.00. I called in another company they replaced the motor some gas couplings and they did a tune up on the furnace total $1350.00. DO NOT USE MILANI they are either RIP off artists or completely inept. They clearly choose which jobs they want or don't want to do. O stars. I will NEVER call them for anything ever again.
