Great walk-in customer service and question/response. Had one of their specialist visit my home and they were quite knowledgeable and respectful. The only thing is they are always very busy, and sometimes it may take several weeks before they have anyone available. Keep up the good work

Called a plumber in to take a look at an issue with a sewage smell coming from our drains. The technician told us it was a venting issue and to extend vent piping out our roof. We did so. We paid them for the advice. The problem did not go away. We called again and had the plumber come out a second time, this time he suggested we tighten the screws on our toilet?? He offered no real solutions to my wife who was home at the time. We get a bill in the mail for his visit.. ..I call to get clarification on what the plumber suggested, and the receptionist told me that he had given his advice to my wife, was busy and would not speak with me or even call me back when he was free. ?? So $216 all together between the two visits for nothing. Will not use these people again.

Purchased a new furnace this year and after the massive snowfall we managed to block our vents, causing the furnace to shut off. We realized our mistake later in the evening and when we called in at 11pm to the emergency line we were sent a tech quickly who managed to get us up and going again. We’ve always had great service from knowledgeable well trained staff and will continue to deal with NC

Front counter staff not knowledgeable and the woman who works there isn’t very friendly

The salesman sold me a stove that was not sufficient to heat my house. when they installed the stove they took the old stove without my consent, in effect stealing it. I needed the stove for other purposes. I refused to pay the installation fee because they stole my stove and the manager was very rude. They now have put my bill to collections. This was the third new wood stove I had purchased at North Central. Never again.
