We're completely satisfied with the service we received on September 9, 2018. I called on a Sunday evening and got an appointment at my requested time, Monday afternoon. Alex, our technician, called as promised about 20 minutes before arriving and actually arrived at the beginning of the 3 hour window. He had our new water heater installed in about 90 minutes. Alex was friendly and professional, and the quality of his work was excellent, very neat and tidy. We're happy to recommend OAK VALLEY PLUMBERS...

We have been very satisfied with Oak Valley Plumbers! Shane is a very knowledgeable team member who has helped us with many plumbing problems. He has helped us with recommendations for repair, and has always done excellent work! We know that we can trust his advise without hesitation, knowing he is looking out for our best interest. He oversaw our whole house new pipe installation, which was a huge job that turned out very well. We are very happy with the job everyone did, including Robert and Ben. These guys worked very hard and did an excellent job! We would recommend Oak Valley Plumbers to anyone who wants the job done right the first time!
