Called Professional Mechanical to fix a sewer back-up. They were awesome. Friendly people that cared , was very concerned, knew what they were doing and fixed our sewer back-up in a very timely manner. Also, the coolest part of the whole situation, is that, we got a video that showed us what was going on. Simply amazing. Thanks Professional Mechanical for such an awesome job.Kudos to you all

Watch this company!!!! My son had an emergency and needed a plumber quick. The first thing they did when they came through the door was ask for his visa number. What they didn't tell us is that they charge for two plumbers!!! The job and equipment did not require two people. One plumber did the work while the other one watched. His visa was charged. We went directly to their office and the owner didn't even have the decency to discuss their billing policy.
