I had True North in to fix some issues from initial install of a hot water tank by Black Iron. Good thing I called, they found and fixed more issues then I thought. Cody, Shawn, Rob, and eventually Kelly were all on deck after a the on demand boiler had some issues after startup on the fixed piping. We all worked together over several days to get things back up and running. These guys are passionate about their work and will work with you in the event there are issues...and let's face it, nothing ever goes perfect. Much respect to the guys who stick around to help make things right .

I was having transmission issues that turned out to be a bad selenoid, True north had replaced the selenoid for me, the selenoid they had replaced was faulty, and they had diagnosed and replaced, free of charge. The customer service has been excellent throughout this process and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend True North Mechanical to anyone looking for quality care and service! Our furnace broke down during a -40c cold snap on the weekend right before Christmas and we were able to reach True North after hours to come and replace our furnace before me and my family froze to death. We had called a couple other local heating companies before True North and were told we’d have to wait a day or two before anyone could make it out. Thankfully my wife had remembered seeing a True North Mechanical ad on FB so we called and they were here in 20 minutes, were were blown away! Thank you so very much, you made our Christmas the best one ever!! David K.
