We've had issues with roots in our pipes and have had to have someone in 3 times since we moved in (always on a Saturday:) The first time was a complete explosion in the furnace room, a really bad scene. We called a local company who determined the problem was past 100 feet so they recommended a small mom and pop operation with a long enough auger. They did the job but the roots soon came back. A couple of years later it happened again and this time we called around looking for someone that could go past 100 feet as mom and pop didn't seem to be around anymore. One company said they could but only had 100 feet so I guess didn't really believe our measurements. They had to go to home depot to rent a longer hose so it ended up costing quite a bit and this time only lasted one year. Now here we are again so I started the search again and found the Drain Doctor. Kelvin Pelrine came out to save us when everything backed up and this time it was a completely different experience. He brought in a massive truck with more than enough hose - showed us everything on the camera so we could see all the roots and how far they went. Then he used hydro jets to completely clear the roots and did a second pass until they were completely gone. Then recommended a product to use periodically to keep them gone. He was fast, kept everything neat and I felt the price was very reasonable considering the equipment, the service and the weekend call. I really couldn't be happier and I would recommend the Drain Doctor and Kelvin to anyone that needs help with their drains. Thank you!

These guys are awesome They came out short notice on a Sunday for a mobile home sewer inspection (I was in the process of buying) , I agreed to the OT call out, and ended up getting beat by a part they would have to cut. Unfortunately the parts store was closed and it would cost to have them open up. My home inspection was going on at the same time and we had found some serious issues so I was a bit overwhelmed and unsure if I was going to buy the place now. The guy said hey I got beat Ill ask my boss if we can not bill ya because we got beat, call us back when you want it checked and we can get parts. Needles to say I didn't get billed and found some honest hard working guys at an awesome company. So now I bought the place and plan to have them back out to double check the water pressure and finally get at that sewer.

The city's tech recommended them. Came fast, got the job done. Good communicators. The site was pretty clean when they left. Definitely who I'd call for my next plumbing job.
