Called for emergency furnace repair on a Saturday evening. Answering service offered to book me an appointment for the following Monday. Seemed unsure if she could help me that night but offered to have someone replace my furnace for me. Finally gave up and called another company who came right away and made a minor repair. I am still unsure as to whether this company offers emergency repairs....... their website seems to indicate they do but their answering service doesn't seem to think that they can do this.

Called yesterday around 9:00pm as my Hotwater Tank died. Not only was I booked in for the next day, but Nathan came and installed a whole new set up while working well past his regular working hours, making 2 trips to the shop for parts (did not charge for the trips) , all the while making sure my family was going to have hot water less than 20hrs later. By far the best service one could hopeful. Nathan and the Team are what others should try and mirror when it comes to satisfying their customers. Thanks again Action Auger.....

The plumber was definitely well versed in the code and was pretty smooth in trying to sell a Diamond Club membership at 10.95. I feel that the knowledge the plumber offered on my home was great. I did expect to pay significantly less by about 30%. Excellent service. No question but in a tough economy I did find the price a little on the high end. Always get quotes from other companies. They do suggest their prices are fixed and their is no extra fees. However I think that a plumber should charge by the hour. Four 4 hours of service It cost my $250hr. That is highway robbery in that field. I really liked the service but should be more like 125s an hour.

I needed to replace my water heater and called The Gentlemen Plumbers. Boy I am glad I did. Ashley who answered my call was amazing in booking and set my expectations right off the bat, and when Ryan K showed up at my home to remove and install my new Water Heater, what a professional. He was great, courteous and funny. I totally got educated on proper maintenance for my Newly installed water heater. Worth the money and not overpriced either! AMAZING, totally recommending them to anyone I talk to who needs a plumber for sure! Thank you Ryan K!
