I am a fan of this company. December 23 2014 they were the only local plumbing co. that would come help me when my furnace stopped working, and didn't leave until it was. Today Ian come and stayed until the critical stuff got done, well into a Friday evening. He was friendly, efficient and professional. I will call them again for sure.
Excellent service when I needed it most. Woke up Sunday to a 10C house when it was -35C outside. Graeme from Bills was there by 830am, identified the problem and indicated it would be the next day before the part could be installed, which is a problem in -35C weather. Graeme offered to see if the shop had heaters to keep the house above zero. In the end we had our own heat source and we got the last part in Calgary shipped up to Canmore the next day. Frozen houses lead to massive destruction and insurance claims and I am thankful Bills plumbing was around when I needed them.
