I'm a little late on the review, but these guys are awesome! I work all day 7 days a week, and couldn't be home to let them in. They arranged to come by after hours so I could be home. No problems since!

Remi’s has served our condo for many, many years. Their tech’s are knowledgeable, get the job done right the first time and are personable. I have no hesitation to recommend Remi’s. Wendy and Diane in the backend are always a pleasure to work with.

The service we received this week was beyond frustrating. Three visits to fix a gas valve. First visit, when asked what was wrong after the tech had "assessed the problem", the tech said "I don't know whats wrong, pilot is lit, wait an hour to see if you have hot water". I explained that the pilot kept going out and by lighting it, it wouldn't fix the problem because it keeps going out...Sure enough, still no hot water and pilot went out. Second visit, realizes the gas valve needed to be replaced. This couldn't have been figured out on his first visit? The following day, still no hot water, same tech comes out to finally fix the gas valve.

Best service friendly & very professional and technical

Great team. I have used them for plumbing, and for running gas lines to my barbecue as well as a heater installation in garage. They have replaced hot water tanks for me as well as a friend. Always count on a very professional installation.
