Had a plugged drain. Called in the morning and they had multiple availabilities. Serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. Great company... definitely our go to company.

Staff on the phone was nice and helpful, the guy on call was respectful, didn't damage anything and cleaned up after he was done. Thank you for your great service. Sunday is definitely not a good time for your sewage to back up... But it happened! Thank you again!

Roto Rooter you guys are the best! Definitely recommend their services, after having a few plumbers and drain companies try and figure out the problem with no luck I called roto rooter and was impressed by the prompt service and she was very fast in getting us draining, she was super happy and so friendly a real treat to have around we really enjoyed this experience with her, even though it was really gross and a nightmare this girl that came was just amazing, she knew the problem wasn't scared of how gross it was and got to it and in no time it was draining, you have a real gem there guys, she was so knowledgeable and hardworking with an amazing personality!

Very impressed, Jen was pretty calm and so very proffesional and she made us feel so much better with this whole horrid ordeal. I definitely recommend her as she is just an impressive lady with a great attitude and does an excellent job, it was a total mess and she went out of her way to accommodate us and clean up as best as she could considering how bad it was, two thumbs up to Roto Rooter!

I am really pleased with the service. I am in from Calgary dealing with a pipe issue in my Mother-in-law's home. Mark came on Saturday & cleaned out the pipe. Unfortunately it backed up again following day so he came again & cleaned it out again, put a camera down. Stuck with the 24hr guarantee, was very pleasant & informative, said he'd have to charge for putting the camera down but in the end left saying no charge. Highly recommend.
