KB Heating has been looking after our home heating, A/C and water heating needs for more than 20 years. I have had great service when I need something installed, and every time I call for a maintenance service I get great service and advice at a great price. Thank you to KB Heating!

I hesitate to give this two star as I never used them, but their lack of service dissuaded me from using them, so I felt I should leave a review. Let me start with the positive. Their duct cleaning is great. Quick, friendly employee came, took care of business, and left. That's why this isn't a one star. Now the negative. I needed a gas line and water heater installation quoted. Person came out, did a quote, and said I would get it that day. I waited over a week and finally had to call twice before I got the quote. When the rep was at my house, he mentioned a few things that I didn't understand, so before deciding, I called and wanted to ask some questions. Took me 3 days before I could get a hold of him, and when we spoke, I felt as though I was wasting his time and that he wasn't really interested in my business. It seems like such a minor thing, but if I'm spending over $5000, I want to be comfortable that you know what you are doing and that you will do a good job. He was not confidence inspiring because he didn't seem to care. Also, if you are not the cheapest, you need to have the best service. Since they did not, they don't get my business.

Very helpful and efficient Josh was great at explaining the whole process. The cost was very competitive. Great!

Always fit us in because when you call to get a furnace fixed it's rarely not an emergency. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
