very slow service quote took weeks to receive. Customer service has been piss poor won't return calls when they say they will. keep making excuses for why. would not recommend this company at all

My mother bought a condo and the furnace was noisy and a lot of cold air was coming in the unit from the cold air return. They sent a guy named Jeff to check out the problem and he was fantastic but the problem remained the same. We called them again and they sent Jeff and this time he resolved all issues and spent quite a bit of time .He was very diligent and we could tell he had spent time thinking about the problem since the first visit.Great employee and very good company here in Lethbridge.
