I’ve used Piper Mechanical several times. Doesn’t matter when I call they are always ready to help. Their service is out standing. Once I thought I needed extensive work done as my basement was flooding. They could of taken me for a bundle but they were honest told me what was actually wrong fixed it for a fraction of what I was expecting and were very professional. I recommend them to all my friends.

I had been using this company for grease trap cleaning for a couple years and had no issues. Unfortunately I recently had them clean my grease trap and the service was not complete. The grease trap was still half full of grease and debris collected over months - my staff had to clean it out a week after because dislodged grease had blocked up the plumbing. I had a couple plumbing bills result in identifying the issue, so after paying for an incomplete service, and additional plumbers to help identify and correct the issue, Justin from piper not only refuted the issue, but absolutely refused to resolve it in any manner and was incredibly rude about the whole scenario. He then vindictively sent a plumbing inspecter to attempt to cause problems for my restaurant. This was a complete display of horrible business conduct, vastly immature management and recourse, and poor service all around. I would definitely not use this company again.
