I was highly impressed with the courteous service that (Peter) provided. It was late at night at Our place of buisness in Hemet Ca. We had a very bad Slab leak in our kitchen . They new exactly what to do and broke through the cement after cutting the tile carefully. The pipe was cut out and replaced quickly and we had the water restored. Also He explained to us that since it was a huge hot water leak. That was the reason for our water heater troubles.... After everything was said and done ....everything was working!!! What an awesome and QUICKLY responsive company......Thanks PETER????????
I called on Monday for a shower drain problem.. probably hair clog, and it is now Tues evening and they still have not arrived. Also, I am getting many excuses, all of which sound bogus. I have decided it's time to call another business who values their customers. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company.
After calling several plumbing companies and listening to them tell me about a waiting list, i called rapid plumbing and a technician came out within an hour. I was ridiculously stressed about having to turn off my main water valve until i got the problem fixed, especially being pregnant and dealing with a 5 year old. Rapid plumbing sent out Jonathan (the technician) and he was VERY courteous and explained everything to me. Thankfully he even respected the inside of my house and wore booties to cover his shoes so he wouldnt track any dirt into my house. After inspecting the leak, he informed me that i had a significant amount of water damage under my house and had a restoration company come out and explain to me everything that needed to get done. Im glad he did because all this stuff is new to me. Im also glad he took pictures of under the house, because i refuse to go under there myself. but i also wanted to know what was going on and what was causing the leak. He left me the piece that he replaced as well as forwarded the pictures he had taken so i could see the damage for myself. After all was said and done, we walked to the water meter and he showed me what to look for in the future. I am VERY thankful Rapid Plumbing was able to come out and i would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue! :) Thanks jonathan!
I call and call and call and........... It takes now three weeks to fix the sink!? I paid already. I called again and I called again and asked for the manager. No call back ! I asked for the name of the manager ! No answer ! Very strange !
