Found Chris on Google Maps and gave him a call. He was right in my neighbourhood and came by to check out the issue. Once he identified the problem he grabbed the required parts and solved the problem within an hour. He also identified some issues resulting from the finishers/builder and took care of them before it became an issue. Thanks Chris, you will be my go to for all issues going forward!
