What a joke supposed to come out between 10-11AM on a Saturday. I am waiting and hear nothing no phone call or anything no concern. I call at 11:30 AM asking if just running behind or whatever. She says oh he came and knocked and you didn't answer so he left. I ask why he or the dispatcher didn't call me she said well he knocked twice then she verified the address she had XX10 i gave her XX01 so the tech went to the wrong location clearly. I ask when the tech can come back to correct location and she informs me Tuesday. So not only did I waste my Saturday morning they cant come back for three days. Unacceptable.
