Cesare's Plumbing Ltd.

This fellow is unprofessional, unethical, and very negative. I should have been tipped off when he came in cursing about past clients. He did not stop complaining, had a very hot temper, and was very intimidating. We have no background in plumbing, but were told after the fact by the next plumber that we had to have that we were taken advantage of by being vastly overcharged for additional work that we did not need. This is not someone who I would want to cross paths with ever again.

Very rude on the phone. I had an emergency on my boiler but All Cesare cares about is his overtime billing and not willing to work with the customer. Very unethical. I will never call them for any work.

Had Cesare's replace a toilet for me, he responded same day to my call to assess the situation. Was back the next day with the parts as promised, did a fast install ensuring the work space was clean and answered a number of plumbing questions for me while he was here. Top quality tradesman.
