Zed is a great person, knowledgeable plumber who will give good advice and Not sell you what you do not need. He has a lot of great do it yourself solutions! Call him and find out for yourself!
Not impressed. I run a massage business out of my home, and I put in a call to have someone look at my furnace. It is between Christmas and New Year's and it is -25 degrees outside and the temperature in my home is 16 degrees and my furnace isn't working properly. I phoned and asked for a technician and was told they were busy. I asked if they could look at my furnace after the New Year and the response was "I can't tell you, call back in the New Year". I won't be dealing with this company. As a side note I also have my 88 year old mother with a heart condition living with me. I've lived in this town for 37 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed with business practices.
If you need plumbing and heating parts, that's the place to go.
