Fred's Heating

If I can help one person to escape 5 months of pain dealing with this extremely poor customer service company, I’ll have done my part. The product they sell is very good but the install and service was shockingly poor! Refused to provide a quote in writing, overcharged $800 after install, incompetent contractors, damage to equipment causing flooding, skinny on material supplied, wires left disconnected on furnace, would not return calls at all or provide any service after being paid the nearly $5000. I had to hire another company to fix the shoty workmanship and damages. You’ve all been warned about Fred’s Heating in Peace River, go to another town where there is some competition and customer care. I predict this company is planning to go out of business soon.

no point in wasting your time with this company. i waited 4 months for a maintenance call. each time i called they seemed to have no idea who i was. said they'd show and didn't. etc., etc. don't bother. i also can't believe they're still in business

Tried to give this fella some business.to come and look at my furnace. And all they could tell me was my problem was I lived in a trailer
