Spoke to Pat yesterday to arrange call out for my furnace which is not working. We arranged a call back today at noon to get a guy out to see my furnace. At 2pm I hadn't received the call back so I called Pat. He had totally forgotten about calling me, who I was or what I wanted!? I did get a bit miffed during this conversation and asked him if he just plain forgot to which he replied "Er I was dealing with something else today" and put the phone down on me!? I tried calling back but straight to voice mail? Having been in customer service myself I can confidently say this business model is a joke. PLEASE don't bother waisting your time on these COWBOYS, there's plenty of other furnace repair outfits glad to have your business! I'm so appalled with his ATTITUDE! Thank goodness the weather is plus this week, can you imagine where I'd be if I had no heating in the previous weather of minus 20's etc? I wish this were just a cruel joke but this is how it happened folks DON'T TRUST Them! I dearly like to support local business but I can't support local IDIOCY!

Great shop! These guys came out, did a quick estimate and started work the next day. I thought the service was great and I had them work on a couple of my other properties too. Haven't had an issue; highly recommend!

I had to get them to come out twice to my house because of my furnace being so finicky this week. First time was after reg business hours and I got the owner of the company. He was extremely nice and caring. Next time he brought out a tech with him and we have the problem solved. Reasonably priced and just so happy to have heat and no more issues. Will be going back to them again in the summer if I decide to get an air conditioner. Thanks!

Called in with a furnace issue. A technician arrived promptly, diagnosed and resolved the problem efficiently. Took the time to clearly explain everything and presented a very reasonable bill. Great local business.
