Great company! Highly recommended! I would like to start off by saying, the kind, lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She did explain how busy they were, and that it might take sometime to come help. However, I didn't expect it to be as quickly as the tech who showed up! (I was thinking @ the very least maybe the next day) .... NOPE boy, oh boy, I was wrong. The tech was there 3.5 hours later. To crawl under my trailer in a puddle of water, and fixed my issue. Thank you, Yellowhead Mechanical! For the quick, and wonderful service. You guys rock. I will be recommending you!

During this past winter's worst weather, I had my furnace go down and received excellent service from Yellowhead. The guy came within a few hours, got it going again and was reasonably priced even though it was the weekend. The woman I dealt with on the phone was very professional and helpful too. I highly recommend this company.

So its - 37 on Saturday nite. FURNACE is dead, house is freezing!!!!! We called 5 plumbing/heating company's looking to get our furnace working again but were not successful. One of the company's suggested Yellowhead Mech out of Spruce Grove. Its after hrs and -37 we figured we would get passed on down the line. Honestly who wants to be out in that type of weather. Well let me tell you how HAPPY we were, we called them. Not only did they answer the phone, they had the part, the girl on the phone was kind and very helpful. She explained they were busy and a Tech would be there ASAP. About 3 hrs later (11PM) the service Tech knocked on our door and the panic was over. The Tech was friendly and got right down to business. Shortly there after.......HEAT!!!!!! Thanks to them we adverted a possible Insurance claim and at the very least a night in a hotel. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you :))

Do not use!!!! Got the guy to hook up a water line for a toilet and 2 waterlines for a vanity and he hooked them up to the exterior water lines that are turned off in the winter. Asked him to come back and move them and he freaked out!!! Refused to fix his mistake without pay and threatened my client and called me a ton of horrible things. Extremely unprofessional and rude. NEVER had a problem with a contractor quite like this guy.

Would recommend this company to anyone. Very satisfied with the quality of work.
