Had Brad out to give me a quote on a furnace, a.c. unit and hot water tank. Very quick response time. Happened to have the day off from work and they were happy to come out that very day. Brad was professional, polite and very informative. Laid out options for me and never once did I feel pressured. They sent me an email quote the very next day as promised and were even willing to price match other companies as long as their quote was "apples to apples" Financing options available as well. Politely inquired if I had any other plumbing needs. Great experience here. Called a few other places from the city who weren't even willing to come out to my neck of the woods. Thanks Brad.

Ashley, the fellow who came to do the work in my home has a lot of experience and did an excellent job. He completed several small plumbing jobs and serviced the furnace. He was pleasant, personable and took time to explain everything he was doing and show me what he was talking about. I ask a lot of questions and learned a lot of good tips from him. He made suggestions he felt would save me money down the line, but never once pressured me into doing any of the work. You can tell he's just an honest guy trying to do right by you. That's not always easy to find, and I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this company.

I had no water. The town of Stony Plain would not take my word that it was not in my house. The town insisted that I phone a plumber. We phoned Roy's Plumbing & Heating. They were on time, professional and efficient . They phoned the town and finally got the ball rolling. I can't sing their praises enough. They gave us great service and I will be getting reimbursed by the town.
